Services

SPACE is an evidence-based, parent-focused approach designed to help children manage anxiety and other difficult emotions by supporting change within the family system. Rather than working directly with the child, parents learn practical strategies to respond to emotional distress with empathy while gradually reducing unhelpful accommodations. This approach helps children build resilience and confidence, and empowers parents to feel more effective and supported in their role.
